Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about a physical product purchased online, you can request a return in writing within 14 days of receiving your order, with a further 14 days to send the item back.

To request a return, please email hello@paddlesupcompany.com, including:

   ● Item(s) being returned
   ● Reason for return (optional)

Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. Different
arrangements apply to faulty or incorrect goods.
