Day 1 – Arrival & Sunset Reset

  • Airport pick‑up & check‑in

  • Sunset SUP Yoga with sea meditation + breathwork A gentle, grounding start to your retreat.

Day 2 – Ocean Skills & Waterfalls

Morning:

  • Beach Yoga (meditation + breathwork)

  • SUP Lesson (Ocean Technique)

  • Snorkelling in clear, calm waters​

Midday:

  • Lunch + visit to the local market on the promenade​

Evening:

  • Hike to hidden waterfalls

Day 3 – Culture, Food & Free Time

Morning:

  • Cultural immersion experience

  • Traditional Canarian lunch​

Afternoon onward:

  • Free time to explore, rest or enjoy the beach

​

Day 4 – SUP Fitness & Beach Clean Up

Morning:

  • SUP Fit Yoga (SUP technique + SUP fitness + SUP yoga)​

Evening:

  • Free time

  • Optional beach clean‑up to give back to the coastline

​

Day 5 – SUP Tour & Farewell

Morning:

  • SUP Tour + snorkelling + SUP Yoga​

Evening:​ Free Time & Optional Activities

Day 6 – Free day with optional additional activities such as

​

  • Sea kayaking

  • Dolphin and Whale Watching Catamaran Trip

  • Ebikes

  • Via Ferrata

  • Spa & Wellness Time

  • Boat Trips

  • Beach time

  • Snorkelling in a new area

  • Additional SUP Tour + snorkel + SUP Yoga

  • Second traditional lunch
