At PaddleSUP Company, our stand up paddleboarding coaching is designed to help paddlers of all levels develop their technique, build confidence on the water, and enjoy a more efficient, safe, and fulfilling SUP experience. Whether you’re a beginner aiming to master the basics, an intermediate paddler looking to enhance your skills and endurance or a SUP racer wanting to improve speed and efficiency, our 1-to-1 SUP coaching sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Each personal coaching session uses a structured framework that includes the four key fundamentals of paddleboarding:

In each 60-minute coaching session, you’ll engage in a mix of skill-based challenges, interactive games, and hands-on experimentation, all designed to match your current ability and future aspirations. Whether your goal is to paddle straighter, improve board stability, or master advanced turning techniques, we’ll work together and give you the tools to help you achieve it.
