Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard
This course has been designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills that you would normally learn during one of our lessons, but broken down into individual easy to manage modules to help you develop your basic paddleboarding safety and equipment knowledge, from the comfort of your own home, and at your own pace, before you head out onto the water.
Level: Beginner
Learn all the basics from the comfort of home. Build foundational safety and equipment knowledge before hitting the water.

The Practical Skills sessions come complete with exercises that you can practice at home, at your own pace to give you the best chance of success on the water regardless of your current fitness levels and mobility.
Couch to 5K Paddle
You have learnt the safety basics, now its time to practice the skills and start to build up stamina ready to join some 5km adventures.
This is a 4 week programme is designed to support you in building stamina and speed ready to join bigger adventures such as tours and guided paddles, without needing to kneel frequently.

Level: Improver / Beginner+
A 4-week fitness-focused paddleboarding program to help you build up stamina and confidence to complete 5km paddles.

5km – 15km Adventure Builder
You can paddle 5km and are now wanting to start building up to bigger distances and longer adventures.
This programme is a 6 week interval training plan to increase speed and stamina effectively using a block building method with a mix of aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels with two weeks active growth and one week of maintenance rest.
Advice is also given on cross-training, wellbeing support and recovery too to help you achieve your goals without injury.
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
A 6-week stamina and speed training program with interval-based paddling designed to get you ready for long-distance adventures.
