For maximum enjoyment, we recommend you to have some experience paddleboarding and be confident with your balance on flatwater or slow moving rivers and harbours, but if you are still relatively new to SUP or feeling rusty after a winter off the water, we will have a variety of regular tours and coaching offerings available from April onwards to help you build confidence, skills, balance and fitness.
Please note, you will be asked to complete a personal details and medical information form after booking. Guests arriving with a physical or psychological condition or contraindicator that were not declared in the personal details form may be excluded from participating in certain activities.
