It is essential that you purchase a personal holiday travel insurance policy that covers the relevant activities.
We strongly recommend that cancellation and curtailment cover is included, along with outdoor activities, medical costs, emergency repatriation and personal belongings and baggage at the very minimum.
We advise that you purchase this on the same day that you book your holiday with us to cover unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that you need to cancel your holiday with us, the following timescales and policies will apply:
Deposit - We allow a 7 day cooling off period, where you can change your mind and receive a full refund.

Booking Transfers: If you are unable to travel, please contact us as soon as possible. If we can fill your space with another guest, we will issue a full refund. Alternatively you may be able to transfer your booking to another traveller, subject to applicable conditions and any reasonable additional administration costs.
Cancellation up to 30+ days before the activity start date there is a loss of deposit (20% of total cost of holiday)
Less than 30 days from the activity start date - Higher cancellation charges may apply, potentially up to 50% of holiday cost where justified and losses occur.
