Unused goods may be requested for return within 14 days of purchase.
With an additional 14 days grace for return shipment.
Please request return in writing via email to Hello@paddlesupcompany.com stating the following:

Reason for return.
Returns Postage is at customers own cost, please return in the original packaging.

Detailed description of the fault and reason for return request.
Paddle SUP Company reserves the right to request images and video content to help the troubleshooting process be resolved as quickly and easily as possible.

Shark SUPs Warranty
3 years on all brand new inflatable paddleboards covering manufacturing defects covering manufacturing defects only such as:
Seam leaks or structural failure
Faulty valve performance
Internal material faults that affect performance or safety
Returns Postage – Covered by Shark SUPs Global if under 6 months old.
After 6 months the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

If a covered issue is confirmed, we will either repair the product or replace it. If a repair is the most suitable solution, we will arrange this quickly. If replacement is required, a board will be dispatched once the defect is verified.
Replacement boards are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, starting from the original delivery date.
In rare circumstances, a refund may be offered at Shark SUPs’ discretion. For example, if a board was purchased at a significantly reduced end-of-season price, develops a covered warranty fault and no suitable replacement from that model year remains available. Every reasonable effort will be made to repair the original board before a refund is considered.
Any refund offered under the warranty will not exceed the original price paid for the board.
12 Months Warranty on all accessories for manufacturing defects only
Warranty periods are measured from the date you receive your goods and is non transferrable.
